Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 24 October 2026. This policy applies to prerecorded digital products, live group courses and Private Mentorship. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Contact te*****************@***il.com for cancellation, refund or pause requests.
Your statutory rights come first
Our policies do not remove your rights if digital content is faulty or misdescribed, or a service is not delivered as agreed or with reasonable care and skill. The appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction, cancellation or refund, depending on the law and circumstances. Applicable mandatory rights in your country are preserved.
The cooling off period
For UK distance contracts for services or digital content, the usual cancellation period is 14 days after the day the contract is entered into, subject to lawful exceptions. You may cancel within that period without giving a reason. Email a clear cancellation statement before the period expires. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but do not have to.
For advance purchases, the period normally runs from contract formation, not the future launch date. A delay or failure to deliver may give separate rights. If required cancellation information has not been given, the statutory period may be extended.
Digital content supplied during that period
For digital content, a change-of-mind cancellation right is lost only where supply begins within the cancellation period after you have expressly consented to early supply and acknowledged the loss of that right, and the required contract confirmation is provided. Simply accepting general Terms is not sufficient. Statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain.
We do not treat immediate membership-account or community access as automatically waiving cancellation rights for unreleased learning materials or an entire live group course. Mixed digital-content and service purchases require the relevant rights to be treated separately.
Services started during that period
If you expressly request that a service begin during the 14-day period and later cancel within it, we may charge only the lawful proportion for service actually supplied up to cancellation, where the required information and request were obtained. The change-of-mind right for a service ends on full performance only when the legal consent and acknowledgement requirements are met.
A programme or mentoring package is not fully performed merely because an account has been opened. If the legal early-service requirements were not met, you will not be charged for that early service where the law prohibits it.
How statutory refunds are paid
Where a cooling-off refund is due, we will make it without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of cancellation, subject only to lawful deductions. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not add a refund fee. Lawful cancellation ends the relevant future instalment obligations. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Outside statutory rights, we will consider your circumstances fairly. There is no additional blanket money-back or guaranteed-results promise.
Illness and family emergencies
If illness, bereavement, a family emergency or another serious event affects your ability to participate, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We prefer to explore an agreed pause, rescheduling or transfer where practical; a refund may also be considered. A pause is optional and will not replace a refund you are legally entitled to receive. We will confirm any agreed dates, access arrangements and payment changes in writing.
An individual pause cannot stop a group course timetable. A transfer to a later course depends on availability and agreement and is not guaranteed. We request only the minimum information reasonably needed to consider your circumstances.
Prerecorded digital products
After a valid cooling-off right has ended or been lawfully lost, choosing not to use correctly supplied digital materials does not itself create an automatic refund entitlement. We will still consider exceptional circumstances and complaints about quality or description. Access to the learning materials must match the promise made when you purchased.
If unreleased content is materially delayed, changed or not supplied, we will explain the position and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include agreeing a revised date or cancelling the undelivered part with a refund. We will not postpone indefinitely or force acceptance of a substitute.
Live group courses and instalments
If you withdraw outside a statutory cancellation period, contact us so we can assess a fair financial adjustment. We consider services already delivered, reasonable directly resulting losses, costs saved and whether your place can be filled. We do not automatically keep the whole programme fee or demand all remaining instalments irrespective of the loss. We will explain any proposed deduction or amount outstanding.
The instalment arrangement spreads a fixed programme price. Merely stopping attendance or cancelling a payment instruction does not itself settle the contract; please contact us to agree the appropriate outcome. Where cancellation or a refund lawfully reduces the amount due, we adjust or stop future payments accordingly.
Private sessions and continued mentorship
Provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Less notice or non-attendance normally means the session is treated as used, subject to genuine emergencies, statutory rights and a fair assessment of loss, including saved costs or a replacement booking.
Continued mentorship requires one calendar month's written notice. We confirm the end date and any final prorated amount; we do not charge beyond that date. A notice requirement does not override a statutory cooling-off right. There is no automatic renewal from the initial intensive into continued support.
If Temple Connection cannot deliver
If we cancel a programme or cannot provide a material part, you may accept an agreed alternative or receive an appropriate refund for undelivered provision. We will not charge for services we do not provide. A temporary technical problem will be addressed promptly; a serious or unresolved failure is handled under your contractual and statutory rights.
Outcomes and complaints
Your participation, circumstances and decisions influence outcomes, so a particular result cannot be promised. Not achieving a desired result is not by itself proof that the service was faulty. Equally, we will not dismiss a complaint by assuming insufficient commitment. Tell us what was promised, what happened and the remedy you seek, and we will consider it fairly.
Cancellation Form
Use this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any clear statement of your decision by email. Do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Optional information
You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory cooling-off right. If you are requesting an exceptional pause or discretionary refund, you may explain briefly what arrangement would help. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary to consider the request.
