The Girl in the Mirror
My personal journey with transformation began long before I stepped into the life coaching arena. Born in South Africa in 1979 during the turbulent Apartheid era, I vividly remember being mesmerised by my reflection in a hallway mirror at just five years old, whispering, “Wow, I’m really here!” I sensed even then that I was more than just a body and brain—I was first and foremost a soul, and there was more to being human than what I could see.
Losing Myself in a World that felt Broken
But as I grew, the world lost its magic. I witnessed suffering in my family and country, and I disconnected from the curious little girl I once was. This attempt to protect myself led me down a challenging path marked by substance abuse, toxic relationships, and an overwhelming need to please everyone but myself. I felt lost and trapped, as if I had missed the real possibility and purpose of what life could be.
My Defining Moment
Everything changed in 2019 after another failed business and the implosion of my marriage. I finally began to listen to that inner voice—the voice of that little girl in the mirror—and embarked on a journey into Quantum Energy, Subconscious Reprogramming, Meditation, and other transformative disciplines. I discovered that meaningful transformation is not only possible when mind, body, and energy align—it’s our birthright as spiritual beings having a human experience.
The Birth of Temple Connection
This awakening led to Temple Connection, a holistic platform dedicated to dismantling unhealthy systems and providing practical solutions for modern challenges. I blend various modalities, including Energy Codes work and Human Design insights, to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and achieve true alignment. My approach emphasises profound transformation rather than quick fixes.
